class="tx">此義中 馀義云。随能执妄情之虚妄取。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0049a06"/><span class="tx">随能执心名为虚妄。唯识等</span><note place="inline">云云</note> <lb ed="T" n="0049a07"/><span class="tx">今阶義云。虚妄执心妄执有实能取心及</span> <lb ed="T" n="0049a08"/><span class="tx">实所取之境也。是实能取所取心境相对</span> <lb ed="T" n="0049a09"/><span class="tx">名虚妄唯识也</span><note place="inline">此義甚希。<br/>未流行之</note> <lb ed="T" n="0049a10"/><span class="tx">一能观唯识以别境慧为体。此義中 馀義</span> <lb ed="T" n="0049a11"/><span class="tx"> 云。正取慧为观体。兼取定为能观体</span> <lb ed="T" n="0049a12"/><note place="inline">云云</note><span class="tx">此義取馀师義</span> <lb ed="T" n="0049a13"/><span class="tx">阶云。唯以慧为观体。非取定等。是大乘</span> <lb ed="T" n="0049a14"/><span class="tx">基本義也。廣如義林章。或取章家之破</span> <lb ed="T" n="0049a15"/><span class="tx">馀师文为正義者。末葉疏见也</span> <lb ed="T" n="0049a16"/><span class="tx">一所缘缘者。重云缘者 或云。有体能生</span> <lb ed="T" n="0049a17"/><span class="tx"> 心名缘。相于心中现为所缘。配此二</span> <lb ed="T" n="0049a18"/><span class="tx">義重有缘缘字</span><note place="inline">云云</note> <lb ed="T" n="0049a19"/><span class="tx">阶云。重云缘者是四缘之一缘也。不配</span> <lb ed="T" n="0049a20"/><span class="tx">属二義。故观所缘论测师疏云。所缘缘者</span> <lb ed="T" n="0049a21"/><span class="tx">则四缘中是境界缘。故毘婆沙名境界缘。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0049a22"/><span class="tx">部执论名所了缘。杂心论但言缘缘</span> <lb ed="T" n="0049a23"/><span class="tx">问。若尔何故观所缘论云有体能生心故</span> <lb ed="T" n="0049a24"/><span n="0049c02"/><span class="tx">为无为非空不空有法一分不极成过。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0049c03"/><span class="tx">故知真性有为无为有一分过也。又灯云。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0049c04"/><span class="tx">如彼诸说。宗中无有法不极成过。以其</span> <lb ed="T" n="0049c05"/><span class="tx">真性不是有法。擧此真性。意取有为以</span> <lb ed="T" n="0049c06"/><span class="tx">为有法故。以上是馀师无有法过也。今</span> <lb ed="T" n="0049c07"/><span class="tx">谓是过。彼擧真性。真性皆空无有为法。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0049c08"/><span class="tx">本意不取真性为有法。于真性中复不</span> <lb ed="T" n="0049c09"/><span class="tx">可言说。说何以为有法。故有法过。即云</span> <lb ed="T" n="0049c10"/><span class="tx">真性皆空无有为法。故知真性有为为一</span> <lb ed="T" n="0049c11"/><span class="tx">分过也。又唐朝新度唯识佥记云。理和尙</span> <lb ed="T" n="0049c12"/><span class="tx">说。言一分者。护法云。勝義谛中非空不</span> <lb ed="T" n="0049c13"/><span class="tx">空。缘生有故非空。遍计所执无故非不</span> <lb ed="T" n="0049c14"/><span class="tx">空。于真性中離言绝相。不可言其空</span> <lb ed="T" n="0049c15"/><span class="tx">有。淸辨云。勝義谛中一切皆空。即违护法</span> <lb ed="T" n="0049c16"/><span class="tx">一分不空之理。故言一分不成失。乃至引</span> <lb ed="T" n="0049c17"/><span class="tx">疏文谓约我宗等文云。即约护法真性之</span> <lb ed="T" n="0049c18"/><span class="tx">中非空不空。淸辨不许护法勝義非空。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0049c19"/><span class="tx">故言一分不极成也。有抄复云。护法非</span> <lb ed="T" n="0049c20"/><span class="tx">空不空。彼淸辨言。勝義皆空。望于不空</span> <lb ed="T" n="0049c21"/><span class="tx">故言一分不成</span><note place="inline">以上<br/>记文</note><span class="tx">从此记未来以前。即</span> <lb ed="T" n="0049c24"/><span class="tx">意。因明道理宗中拣别。是不離法有法。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0049c25"/><span class="tx">即有法上置此拣别。故入有法也。诸师</span> <lb ed="T" n="0049c26"/><span class="tx">云。真性不入有法。故无有法一分过。今</span> <lb ed="T"
